1. Processing Time
1.1. Order Processing: After you place your order, please allow 1-7 business days for order processing. We carefully prepare each item to ensure it reaches you in optimal condition
1.2. Custom Orders: For custom-made or personalized artwork and prints, additional processing time may be required. The estimated processing time will be communicated to you when placing your order.
2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes
2.1. Shipping Carriers: We partner with reputable shipping carriers to deliver your orders. The choice of carrier depends on the destination, size, and weight of the package.
2.2. Domestic Shipping: For orders within Iceland, we offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options. The estimated delivery times for each shipping method are:

3. Shipping Rates

4. Order Tracking
4.1. Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

5. Shipping Restrictions
5.1. Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5.2. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. However, expedited shipping options may not be available for these addresses.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
6.1. Lost or Damaged Shipments: In the unfortunate event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@helma.is immediately. As a small team, we will personally address the situation and work to resolve any issues. We value your satisfaction and will take the necessary steps to ensure your order is replaced or refunded promptly.
6.2. Delayed Shipments: While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If you experience any shipment delays, please don't hesitate to contact us at contact. We will do our best to provide updates and assist you with any concerns.
7. Cash payments on pickup
7.1 Non-Collection: Customers who select cash payment on pickup have a hold period of 10 days from the date of order placement. If the customer does not collect the items within the 10-day hold period, the products will be sent to the customer's designated post office. The customer will be billed for the items and shipping cost at this point.
7.1 Post office collection: Upon non-collection the customer will receive a notification regarding the transfer of the items to their local post office. They will then be responsible for collecting the items at their convenience, with the invoice for the items and shipping charges.
